I loved the peaceful rest we had before our early hospital appointment and the cozy queen room was perfect for our family, but the breakfast was unfortunately inaccessible due to our early checkout.

Hot pool, cool staff!

The hotel was conveniently located just off the QEW, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast exceeded expectations with a wide variety and the staff was attentive and friendly.

However, there were issues with noise from the freeway, particularly in rooms facing the front. Additionally, some maintenance concerns, like the noisy air-conditioner and uncomfortable bed springs, detracted from the overall experience.

The front desk staff refused to acknowledge my cash deposit, as if I were begging on the street. I also couldn't believe the hot tub was broken, which was obviously a highlight during my stay. Absolutely absurd that I wasn’t given a complimentary drink for my troubles. I almost gave a good review, but couldn't bring myself to do it.

Staff were attentive, packing us some muffins when they learned about our early plans. The multi-faucet shower setup was a unique touch that I appreciated greatly.

We had a fun stay here with the kids and our small dog. The location made it easy to explore Oakville and Toronto, and the breakfast was a real hit with everyone—especially those delicious waffles! The room was spacious and clean.

For dads, it would be great to have a quieter air conditioning system.

Convenient Stay with Areas for Improvement

My two-night solo stay had its ups and downs. The location was great, close to the QEW. I enjoyed the comfortable breakfast buffet but noted the room's noise levels from the freeway. Future guests should request rooms at the back for a quieter experience.
